  Senior Director of Corporate Development, Quest Software

  Victor is a Sr. Director of Corporate Development at Quest Software where he focuses on M&A and strategic investments.

  Prior to joining Quest, Victor was a Vice President at the Hina Group, a China-based investment bank. While at Hina, Victor advised many of the leading Chinese IT companies in their global initiatives, including Neusoft, UFIDA, hiSoft, and UTStarcom.

  Before Hina, Victor worked at Crosslink Capital, a venture capital firm in San Francisco. At Crosslink, he was responsible for investment opportunities for the Core Technology team that covered a variety of industries including semiconductors, communications, clean technology, and advanced materials.

  Prior to Crosslink, Victor was a strategy consultant at the Monitor Group where he advised Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries.

  Victor earned his B.S. and M.Eng in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
