Afkham Azeez
Azeez joined WSO2 in December 2005. He is a Senior Software Architect and Senior Manager, WSO2 Platform as a Service. He is an elected Member of the Apache Software Foundation (ASF) and also a Project Management Committee (PMC) member and committer on a number of projects at ASF
His areas of interest include distributed computing, SOA, Highly Available & Highly Scalable applications & J2EE technologies. He is also the author of Clustering implementation for Apache Axis2.
Azeez holds a First Class honors degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He was awarded the Gold medal for the highest GPA in M.Sc. in Computer Science.
Azeez is a petrol head and an active member of the AutoLanka forum. He enjoys a game of basketball and also loves spending time with his 3 kids.
