Krishantha Samaraweera
Krishantha joined the WSO2 Quality Assurance team in October 2007 and now works in the capacity of Technical Lead. He has over 4 years experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
He specializes in various SOA technologies, test automation tools and testing methodologies. He has developed test automation tools using C++, Java, C and unit testing frameworks such as Junit, CppUnit, PHPT and HTTPUnit. Krishantha is also familiar with various scripting languages including Python, Ruby and Perl. He is also conversant in configuring and administrating multiple web application server and database systems. His experience of testing covers telecommunication billing systems, reservation engines, small and larger web application portals including content management systems, small business applications and much more.
Krishantha holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute on Information Technology (SLIIT),which is affiliated to the Curtin University of Technology, Western Australia.
In his spare time Krishantha enjoys travelling to places of historic interest and likes to draw as well.
