The State Chart XML (SCXML) language provides the basis of a lifecycle management model that makes it easy to design and visualize the lifecycle of service assets. This webinar provides a grass roots explanation of the new SCXML-based lifecycle in the WSO2 Governance Registry and how to implement it in an enterprise SOA. It also looks at how to take advantage of other features in the latest product release, including:

  • Best practices for service versioning and promotion across multiple environments.
  • How to design and make use of custom validators within a lifecycle flow.
  • Built-in validation to automate state transitions and reduce the complexity of approval processes.

Modeling, Managing and Monitoring Enterprise Assets: August 25, 2011

Supporting a dynamically changing business landscape requires effective modeling, management and monitoring of enterprise assets. This webinar will present best practices on using the WSO2 Governance Registry to model any type of enterprise asset, whether or not it is well defined. It also will review a real-world example of modeling, managing and monitoring a portfolio of services, used by a set of SOA projects that deliver processes and applications in combination with external consumers and providers.
