Amani Soysa
Amani became a part of the WSO2 team in the capacity of a Software Engineer in March 2010 and is now Senior Software Engineer. She works on the WSO2 Data Services product.
She holds a First Class Honors Degree in Software Engineering from the Informatics Institute of Technology, Sri Lanka which is affiliated to the University of Westminster, UK.
Her research interests are primarily in the Music Technology & AI related fields.Amani’s final year dissertation for her degree was a project called “ChordATune” which is an emotion based melody harmonizer for piano music. ChordATune was awarded several awards in many local and international competitions such as NBQSA and APICTA.
Amani loves watching movies and swimming.
