Yumani Ranaweera

Yumani joined the WSO2 Quality Assurance team in May 2007 and is Associate Technical Lead, Quality Assurance. She currently works on the WSO2 Mashup Server, Identity Server and Gadget Server projects.

Yumani carries over 9 years of industry experience with her. Prior to joining WSO2 she has played the QA lead role in projects in content management, insurance, telecom and publishing domains. Yumani posses experience in testing applications based on Solaris, AIX, Windows, WebLogic, WebSphere, Oracle, DB2, SQL environments. At the QA lead capacity she has lead teams consisting of 5 -10 members, involved in direct customer communications, test estimations and test plan preparations, internal reviews, mentoring, conducting QA training sessions etc.

Yumani has a bachelors degree in computing from University of Portsmouth, UK and an MBA in Project Management at University of Moratuwa.

In her leisure Yumani enjoys spending time with her two little daughters.
