[WSO2Con EU 2015] Implementing an Open API for Smart Thermostats with WSO2′s API Manager

With over 100,000 sold Toons for Eneco, Quby is the European market leader for Smart Thermostats. Last March, Eneco opened up their smart thermostat platform for external developers by offering an open API. This open API was developed on the WSO2 API Manager with some customization to allow for the integration with Eneco’s self-care website. This talk describes the architecture and the implementation project and shows some of the highlights of the participants of the Hackathon organized by Eneco at the beginning of March 2015.
