[Architecture] include cloud services gateway in all future product releases?

Folks, what do you think about including the CSG [1] component in all Carbon
service hosting products by default? That would be WSAS, ESB, DS, BPS, MS
today.

That will allow any user of those products to "publish a service to the
cloud" without requiring download of any code. Since we're running the
public CSG instance (again see [1]) all the time, that means its usable out
of the box for any OT-registered developer.
