[Architecture] Code Freeze in Carbon-2.0.1 branch and product branches for the coming release

Hi all,

Please make sure nobody commit to carbon-2.0.1 branch and relevant product
branches of WSAS/ESB/Greg/IS and Mashup. We are about to do the Release now.
