In that case, the relevant components has to be integrated with G-Reg. And
still ESB should be able to reuse the existing components to configure
security with some code written. For instance, we won't be able to use
"RampartConfig" policy assertions generated by the security components in
client side, instead we will have to generate it programmatically.
