Tell in "Add New CSG Server" bit of detail how to find the CSG server url
We should crate a user with the required role in CSG by default in the
csg server .. users just have to change the password
Getting the security and throttling setting etc to the CSG server when
we publish services
Different roles to publish services, add remove servers, but have them
all assigned to the "admin" user
HA answer for CSG  .. in the CSG 2.0 plan
Showing the URL for the published  service at the CSG client
