Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Sequences and add an 'Iterate' mediator
2. Specify values for the fields 'Iterate Expression' and 'Attach Path'. Do not change the combo box values.
3. Click on the namespace link and specify the proper namespaces
4. Click on 'Update' and the error message caption is given as 'undefined'
