Connection user name and password in JDBC user store configuration

In JDBC user store configuration, the connection user name and password appear as non-mandatory fields. 

But if you configure the user store without giving values to these two fields the 'Test Connection' fails, unless you have the user name\password given in the URL.

This is quite user -unfriendly.  It'll be good if we can mention that user name\password fields need to be filled if you don't give them in your 'Connection URL'
