Yes you can. But you will also loose the registry community features for
ESB. If it is in 2.0.0, remove the following bundles.

org.wso2.carbon.registry.ui.info-2.0.0.jar
org.wso2.carbon.registry.mgt.ui.info-2.0.0.jar
org.wso2.carbon.registry.eventing-2.0.0.jar

If it is 2.0.1, remove the following features.

org.wso2.carbon.registry.community.features.server.feature
org.wso2.carbon.registry.community.features.ui.feature
