At the moment, this feature seems to be used only in Stratos, and the URL
is; http://wso2.com/announcements/gaas/v1.0.0-006/news-feed.xml

<http://wso2.com/announcements/gaas/v1.0.0-006/news-feed.xml>We need a
proper fixed URL, and proper announcement updates.
