Doesnt work with the following scenarios

add a property to collection and fetch it during the mediation
add a property to a resource and fetch it
add a xml resource and fetch it (xml)
add a non-xml resource and fetch it

-Unable to check caching w/o the above-

add a property to collection and test cached property value
add a property to a resource and test cached property value
add a xml resource and fetch it (xml) and check cached xml resource
add a non-xml resource and fetch it and check cached text resource
Repeat the above using HTTP GET
