[Stratos-dev] The Sample Installer will not make it to Stratos 1.0.0

Hi all,

We have decided to drop the sample installer component for Stratos 1.0.0.
The reason behind this decision is that we were unable to get our
shopping-cart sample (the only platform-wide sample that we have right now)
to work on Stratos. While we were able to fix several issues related to
application deployment, the sample continues to fail to install on Stratos
ESB.

We are unable to get the sample to work even partially, without the ESB
portion working. Therefore, due to the time constraints, we decided to
include this feature for the next update of Stratos.

However, users still can try out some of our service-specific samples.
