[Stratos-dev] Describe the Cassandra terminology in the help file

[Afkham Azeez]

If you try to create a Cassandra KS, you need to provide the KS Name,
Replication Factor & Replication Strategy. In the hep doc [1] you need to
define these terms, and provide links to external articles where applicable.
