A US based jewellery chain, which was looking to enhance its customer experience, approached WSO2 Partner IT Convergence to design and implement an agile service-oriented architecture (SOA) framework for seamless integration across 20 retail locations.
The chain now has a future-proof SOA solution powered by WSO2’s integration capabilities. The new CRM system is fully synchronized with its other key applications, avoiding double entries and duplicated data across all systems. The resulting shorter sales cycle contributes to improved customer store experiences, increase in overall efficiency, and stronger sales win rate. The jewelry chain is even able to achieve more accurate sales forecasting and revenue growth.
