WSO2 Presents Technical Webinar on Mobile Application Development Case Study

WSO2 and Leading Automotive Group will Co-present a Case Study Webinar on March 6, 2012 to Review Mobile Development Best Practices Using WSO2 Mobile Services Gateway Palo Alto, CA – February 28, 2012 – As one of the largest of the clubs in the American Automobile Association (AAA) National Federation, AAA Mid-Atlantic has been instrumental in the protection of over 3 million motorists’ interests, mobility and safety. Recently the club implemented a mobile application, which is integrated with AAA’s services and data storage layers. WSO2 and AAA Mid-Atlantic will conduct a case study webinar to review the implementation, including key architectural and technology decisions. The one-hour free webinar entitled, “An Enhanced User Experience for Automobile Purchases with the WSO2 Mobile Services Gateway,” will run Tuesday, March 6, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PST. Using the WSO2 Mobile Services Gateway to Enhance the User Experience The webinar will explore how AAA Mid-Atlantic successfully implemented a communication path for mobile applications and delivered an enhanced customer experience through the integration enabled by the WSO2 Mobile Services Gateway solution. The session also will examine the specific challenges encountered when advancing mobile services for an iPhone application. Additionally, the webinar will discuss how the WSO2 solution addressed these challenges and exposed various benefits. The webinar will be conducted by four experts from WSO2 and AAA Mid-Atlantic, who were involved in the mobile application development project:
  • Jordan Corn, AAA Mid-Atlantic director of solutions research for IT, has over 20 years of industry experience, specializing in the exploration and initial implementation of new technologies, patterns, designs, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) practices.
  • Ed Klichinsky, AAA Mid-Atlantic solutions architect and manager of mobile development for IT, has over 20 years of industry experience working on the architectural design, testing, and technical support aspects of software development.
