WSO2 Vice President of Solutions Architecture to Present Quarterly Update Webinar on WSO2 Product Developments and Direction

Webinar will review recent technology developments designed to address integration, microservices, containerization, and more, along with WSO2’s roadmap for 2016

In this session, Asanka will discuss how the recently launched WSO2 Microservices Framework for Java (WSO2 MSF4J), forthcoming WSO2 gateway technology, and re-architected WSO2 Carbon core framework are designed to support the evolution of enterprise IT platforms that take advantage of microservices and containerization. Asanka then will provide insight into WSO2’s technical roadmap and vision for the rest of the year. This will include a progress update on WSO2’s next-generation integration platform, WSO2 API Manager, and solutions supporting Internet of Things (IoT) and enterprise mobility deployments, among others.

About the Presenter

Asanka Abeysinghe is vice president of solutions architecture at WSO2. In his role, he spearheads the company’s customer facing technical tasks and oversees the solution architecture and technical sales functions. He also provides consulting to key WSO2 customer and conducts workshops specifically targeted at enterprise architects and technical managers. Asanka has over 15 years of industry experience, which include implementing projects ranging from desktop and Web applications through to highly scalable distributed systems and SOAs in the financial domain, mobile platforms, and business integration solutions. His areas of specialization include application architecture, development using Java technologies, C/C++ on Linux and Windows platforms.
