WSO2 VP of Delivery to Present Webinar Series on Application Development Best Practices

Webinars will examine how to rapidly build applications with JavaScript and data services, support JAX-WS, JAX-RS and Java Web applications, and optimize API management

April 30: Rapid Application Development with JavaScript and Data Services

This webinar will discuss two technologies for engaging in the rapid application development required to support an agile, connected business. It will explore how developers can take advantage of JavaScript, one of the most popular tools for quickly building both Web applications and REST-style services. The session also will examine how WSO2 Data Services Server, with its XML descriptor-based approach, can be used to easily expose databases as REST and SOAP services.

May 7: JAX-WS, JAX-RS and Java Web Applications with WSO2 Platform

This webinar will examine how WSO2 Application Server provides comprehensive support for building and deploying JAX-WS and JAX-RS applications, as well as Java Web applications. Additionally, it will discuss how developers can easily deploy, activate, deactivate and un-deploy applications using the application life-cycle management capabilities of WSO2 Application Server.

May 14: Application Development Around API Management

This webinar will begin by exploring how developers can use the WSO2 API Manager to expose existing applications as APIs. It then will examine how to implement client applications for exposed APIs. Finally, the session will cover how to handle security models in client applications, including key management with the OAuth open authentication standard.

May 22: Agile Application Development with WSO2 App Factory
