Radhik has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. He started his career with sporting goods giant adidas in Australia and has worked across multiple markets in Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He was responsible for the creation and implementation of go-to-market and strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the adidas and Reebok brands in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, and the Maldives.
In his current role at WSO2, Radhik oversees the corporate marketing function, developing effective marketing strategies and engaging campaigns to enhance the profile of WSO2 across key global markets. He provides leadership to the team and is also responsible for implementing processes and procedures to drive efficiency and performance of the marketing team.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Photovoltaic Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a master’s degree in Management from Monash University, Australia.
Having spent half of his life in Australia and the other half in Sri Lanka, Radhik says he’s developed a bit of an obsession with sports, particularly cricket and football. He loves everything about sports, including the highs and lows of victory and defeat, and draws many parallels with life in general. Apart from his addiction to Liverpool Football Club, he also loves spending time with family, traveling, and bingeing on Netflix.
