Ricardo has more than two decades of expertise in technology sales and extensive experience in global sales strategies and cross-cultural business environments.
Prior to joining WSO2, he worked in ADP, ARIBA-SAP, and JPMorgan where he was responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with organizations around the world.
At WSO2, he oversees the sales function across Europe and is responsible for P&L growth in the region.
Ricardo has a Bachelor's degree in Business, a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, and an MBA from the University of Greenwich, UK.
He enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures - hobbies that go well with his type of work which involves engaging with different nationalities and cultures. He claims he has a ‘healthy’ addiction to food and sports. He has a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt and is a road cyclist. Among his cycling adventures, he has participated in the ‘Prudential London Ride 100’ - a 100-mile ride to raise funds for different charities in the UK.
