As a Software Engineer in the IAM Customer Success Team, you will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the IAM technology experience to our customers, and enable them to use it for business success.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit natural curiosity, an analytical mind, and the willingness to explore the unknown.

  • Take ownership of complex technical problems and drive them to resolution, individually, as well as work effectively through escalations.
  • Exhibit an amiable personality, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing sensitivity to the diverse cultures within WSO2's global customer base.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance product and overall technical designs.
  • Actively contribute to both technical and non-technical discussions through email and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with extended teams, including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales, on product and customer-related activities.
  • Deliver technical consultancy and training on WSO2 technologies and products for our customers.
  • Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of customers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Java language.
  • Experience in and knowledge of IAM is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity and knowledge on containerized deployments and CI/CD technologies are an added advantage.
  • Prior work experience in a similar capacity would be an added benefit, but not a prerequisite.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
