About the Role

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and managing critical sales initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this individual will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Head of Global Sales, Sales GMs, and other business units (BUs) to ensure alignment and execution of high-impact projects that enhance sales efficiency, strategy, and outcomes.

This individual will act as a strategic partner and a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring seamless communication, effective decision-making, and operational excellence. The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Finance, Operations, Enablement, and other key teams, focusing on execution and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy Execution

  • Support the CRO and Head of Global Sales in the execution of sales strategies and initiatives across global markets.
  • Assist in the development of sales plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of sales initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination/Strategic Support and Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the Global Head of Sales, CRO, and other senior leaders to align on strategic priorities and drive execution.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across BUs, Finance, Operations, Enablement, and Sales GMs to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and enhance cross-functional efficiency.
  • Drive alignment across these teams to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives and efficient resource allocation.
  • Facilitate and coordinate meetings, ensuring action items are addressed and results are tracked.
  • Project Management

  • Manage high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Oversee execution of sales enablement programs, including training, tools, and resources for the sales teams.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across the sales function.
  • Communication and Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver updates, reports, and presentations for the Global Head of Sales, CRO, and Senior Leadership team.
  • Assist in communicating key sales messages and progress to the broader organization.
  • Handle sensitive and strategic communications between leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Sales Operations Support

  • Support the optimization of sales operations, including CRM utilization, pipeline management, and sales analytics.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure sales targets, goals, and forecasts are met.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Leadership Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to both the CRO and Global Head of Sales, providing insights, recommendations, and support as needed.
  • Lead or participate in strategic discussions, ensuring all perspectives are considered and actionable outcomes are achieved.
  • Team Management and Development

  • Work closely with Sales Enablement to support the growth and development of the sales team.
  • Assist in coordinating leadership development programs and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

    Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role, preferably within a technology or SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of working with senior executives and supporting large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, revenue generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Key Skills

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to drive informed decision-making.
  • Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire trust, build consensus, and lead through influence rather than authority.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the SaaS or API management/CIAM industry.
