Senior Officer – Human Resources & Administration (Talent Acquisition)

As a Senior Officer - Human Resources & Administration (Talent Acquisition), you are required to oversee, maintain, and enhance all aspects of human resources (HR) practices and processes by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall global business strategy.
  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting activity.
  • Hunt the best talent for our open roles via outbound and inbound recruiting methods.
  • Screen global candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles.
  • Enhance our recruitment process through revamping interview practices, training interview teams, and becoming an expert at our ATS system.
  • Planning, reviewing, and administration of global benefits provided.
  • Setting and implementation of global/local policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to other HR-related functions.
  • Assist with HR operational functions (operational and administrative duties).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+years of related work experience in recruitment, human resources management, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and employment law.
  • Prior experience in the Software/IT Industry will be an added advantage.
  • University degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in data presentation and analytics will be an added advantage.
  • A creative and a self-learner.
  • Team player who has the ability to lead and manage initiatives.
  • Ability to converse with multi-cultural candidates and recruitment partners globally.
