Our new customer support portal, https://support.wso2.com, has taken the place of our prior JIRA
If you are an existing support user, the portal will have all of your previous data, including
tickets, comments, etc.
You can easily continue to manage your existing cases through the new interface.
With the updated customer support portal, our aim is to provide greater service to our clients. A
few self-care functions are included in the new portal, as well as a completely redesigned user

The launch of the new portal is just the beginning. We're now working on phase two, which will enable our customers to make use of more self-care features and have their issues resolved faster.
