Shevan is the President and Chief Operating Officer at WSO2 and is responsible for global operational execution of the company. Shevan joined WSO2 in 2013 as Director of Engineering where he managed engineering efforts for several integration products including the WSO2 ESB, Identity Server, Message Broker and Business Process Server. He later moved into a operations role as Vice President of Global Operations where he was responsible for optimizing operational execution and driving the company towards profitability. Shevan has over 2 decades of experience in both Software and Telecommunication companies. Prior to joining WSO2, he worked for Deutsche Telekom UK, where he managed delivery and deployment of digital products across the T-Mobile footprint in Europe. Before Deutsche Telekom, he worked for Virtusa Corporation, where he rose through various technical and management positions in Sri Lanka, USA and UK and spent several years leading large technology programs for global clients with responsibility for revenue, growth, and delivery. He holds a Bachelor's in Computing and Information Systems from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Sheffield, UK.

Rana is a seasoned financial services technology professional with extensive experience in Australia, Asia, Europe and Africa, focusing on customer acquisition through digital lead new business models & digital and open banking.

Rana is a co-founder of 101 Digital, focusing on helping organisations build and launch next generation digital banking and marketplace platforms.

Prior to this, Rana was Director, Innovation & Digital at Barclays. Prior to joining Barclays, Rana was the Head of Innovation and Digital Financial Services Technology for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Dilip Krishnan is currently spearheading the overall API business management, Open Banking strategy, Fintech ecosystem partnerships and conversational banking initiatives for OCBC Bank GCFS (Group Consumer Financial Services) division across its key markets. As an accomplished Digital Innovation leader and ‘Go-To-Market’ Strategy professional, Dilip has co-created award-winning digital products alongside customers, led large scale business / digital transformation efforts resulting in quadrupling digital usage, cost saves and has created new revenue models (cross-sell / up-sell opportunities). He has also established region-wide Fintech / e-commerce merchant partnerships pivoting to growth in areas of digital acquisitions, engagement and emerging payments across multiple geographies (Asia, EMEA, US). Passionately collaborative in approach, he possesses a strong track record of forming and leading ‘self-governing’ teams sharing a common vision to achieve exponential impact. Dilip graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and a Master of Business Administration (PGDM) from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in India.

Dakshitha is an Enterprise Architect in the CTO Office at WSO2. She has over 7 years of experience in the team, leveraging software engineering and solution engineering to deliver solutions to business and technology challenges, as well as engaging in team management, communication, and strategic planning to develop and manage technical relationships with clients.

Employed as a Solutions Architect at Chakray, Dilshan has over 12 years of industry experience, including 5 years working at WSO2 in the core engineering team. While at WSO2, he contributed to the development of several key products. He is also a Certified WSO2 Solutions Architect.

Dilshan’s experience spans across multiple domains such as banking, retail, utility and healthcare, to name a few. He has proven skills in developing middleware-centric solutions, products, IoT and mobile solutions to enterprise customers, worldwide.

Nadeesha is a Senior Lead - Solutions Engineer at WSO2 and is part of the Solutions Architecture team. In his role Nadeesha has worked with customers from multiple domains to build robust and scalable solutions. Nadeesha also plays the role of a technical owner for many WSO2 customers to provide advice and guidance on their IT roadmap. Nadeesha has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, UK, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of West London, UK. Nadeesha is also an exam passed finalist of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, of which 6 years have been at WSO2.

Asitha Nanayakkara is a Technical Lead and a PMC member of the Integration team. Asitha has experience working with enterprise messaging technologies such as Kafka, AMQP, JMS and distributed messaging. Currently, he leads the Ballerina language-based integrator product team. He also has experience working with international companies including fortune 500 companies in the capacity of a developer as well as a consultant.
