Demonstrating Cloud Value Webinar Recording

Many cloud proponents believe that its pay-as-you-go financial model will quickly shrink application project expenses, reduce capital expenditures, and protect against vendor lock-in. In practice, many organizations have difficulty showing financial improvement and changing their project-funding dynamics. In this webinar, Chris Haddad will present:

  • Where the application funding process is broken
  • When cloud’s pay-as-you-go financial model will be successful
  • How to demonstrate savings through enterprise show-back or charge-back models.
