Introducing WSO2 Carbon Studio -- a development environment aimed at helping developers to build complex SOA applications for the award-winning WSO2 Carbon platform. WSO2 Carbon Studio 1.0.0 extends the popular Eclipse IDE with a set of plugins. These plugins simplify the development, testing, and deployment of applications spanning the WSO2 Carbon family of products, including the WSO2 ESB, WSO2 Web Services Application Server, the WSO2 Business Process Server, the WSO2 Gadget Server, and more.

Deployment across multiple runtimes is simplified by a single CAR (Carbon ARchive) which can be deployed to multiple Carbon runtimes, which each one picking up the configuration relevant to its role.
