Scaling applications is a very common requirement for today’s applications. Specially, with the introduction of cloud computing, massive scaling of applications in a rapid manner becomes a reality. When scaling up applications, you have to take care of several factors such as how do you handle the updates of any assets or artifacts among the whole cluster of applications, what kind of optimizations you have to do to efficiently use the resources, and so on. Middlewares and PaaS (Platform as a Service) can help application developers to achieve this massive scalability by transparently handling these complexities and providing easy to use interfaces.

In this webinar, Chris Haddad, VP, Technology Evangelism at WSO2 will discuss how to achieve cloud scalability for your applications by devising a plan for asset deployment and synchronization of assets. Also, he will discuss the techniques used by middleware and PaaS to hide the complexities involved in application scalability.
