WSO2 Product Release Webinar - Getting started with WSO2 Stratos 2 - Tuesday, July 9, 2013

WSO2 Stratos is a Platform as a Service (PaaS) with built-in support for multi-tenancy. This allows a PaaS to be split into isolated environments for different organizations, companies, departments, or partners according to their needs. The best part is enterprises no longer have to make trade-offs between the flexibility to work with their preferred systems and the ability to capitalize on the benefits of PaaS multi-tenancy.

The latest release of WSO2 Stratos - version 2.0, includes polyglot language and polyglot environment support along with the ability to run on top of multiple Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) runtimes including OpenStack, vCloud and EC2. WSO2 Stratos works with Git and Github to manage and deploy code into different runtimes.

In this webinar Lakmal Warusawithana, software architect and Nirmal Fernando, senior software engineer from the WSO2 Stratos team will demonstrate:

  • Installing WSO2 Stratos on top of EC2 IaaS.
  • How to manage and deploy tenants, including self-service tenant sign-up.
  • How to use the new command line interface.
  • How to use multi tenant and private jet mode cartridges.

They will also provide an overview of elastic load-balancing, distributed logging, automated artifact distribution, billing and metering of a PaaS along with other new features in this release.

If you are a developer, architect or a devOps specialist looking to work with a flexible and open PaaS, then this webinar is for you!
