WSO2 Developer Studio allows you to create composite applications and generate deployable artifacts for WSO2 Servers. WSO2 Developer Studio contains convenient tools such as graphical compositions tools to generate more advanced configurations with minimum effort.

WSO2 Developer Studio enables you to integrate build systems (Apache Maven), CI build tools (Hudson, Jenkins, Bamboo) with your projects easily. By providing all these advantages, the Developer Studio has become a very powerful and convenient tool for developing and managing your applications.

This webinar will demonstrate the application of an enterprise application using some of the WSO2 Products such as WSO2 ESB, WSO2 Data Services Server, WSO2 Application Server etc. WSO2 Developer Studio will be used as the development tool for this application development. This session will cover

  • How to setup your enterprise application development environment with Developer Studio.
  • Testing your application with WSO2 servers using Developer Studio.

  • How to use maven to build and deploy created artifacts.
Asanka Sanjeewa Software Engineer Asanka joined WSO2 in April 2013. He is a senior software engineer in the WSO2 developer Studio team where he mainly focuses on the ESB graphical composition tool. Asanka presented his final year research project on "A Peer to Peer Web Service Architecture Based on Mocha" which was presented at the International Conference on Information and Automation for Sustainability (ICIAFS),which was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Asanka graduated from the University of Colombo School of Computing (UCSC). He also holds the BSc. (Hons.) in Computer Science degree.
Harshana Martin Associate Technical Lead Harshana focuses on the WSO2 Developer Studio integrated development environment. He has contributed to several WSO2 QuickStart development consulting engagements. Moreover, he participated in the Google Summer of Code program in both 2009 and 2010 with the Eclipse Foundation, and is currently a committer for the Eclipse Communication Framework. He is also an active contributor to the Apache Axis2 project.
