Webinar Slides

Rather than limiting itself to operate on a handful of uniform policies, the new throttling engine in WSO2 API Manager offers a rich set of features that allow you to define quotas with a greater level of detail. This webinar will explore the few features that are now available that include the ability to

  • Throttle requests based on bandwidth
  • Specify quotas based on custom attributes such as Internet protocol (IP) ranges, JSON Web Token (JWT) claims, query parameters and HTTP header values
  • Write customer throttle policies based on a Siddhi SQL-like query language
  • Block API calls almost instantaneously to improve reaction time of your system allowing you to quickly take action against malicious attacks
