If you have filled out and submitted the registration form, and have not received a confirmation email for your WSO2Con registration within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

WSO2Con 2025 will not be live streamed.

To request an official invitation letter for your visa application, please email us the following details at [email protected].

  • Full name (as it appears on your passport).
  • Name of the company/organization.
  • Passport number.
  • Nationality.

Cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refund will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing. Contact us at [email protected] for further details.

Cancellation received before January 18, 2025 – 100% refund of the total fee paid. Cancellation received between January 19th, 2025, and February 18, 2025 – 50% refund of the total fee paid.

Refunds will not be issued after February 19, 2025, but substitutions will be considered.

Forms of payment

  • Pay with credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payments made through one of the above forms of payment will be processed in Euros.

A substitution between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address may be made by providing WSO2 with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee. To arrange a substitution, please email full details to [email protected]. The new attendee will automatically be emailed a final confirmation once the process has been completed.
