Your conference ticket includes comprehensive access to the following.

  • Preferential accommodation rates at selected hotels within Austin, Texas.
  • Entrance to all keynote presentations and track sessions.
  • Admission to selected social events, depending on the ticket option chosen.
  • Access to the Oxygen Bar.
  • Meals provided during the conference.

WSO2Con 2026 will not be live streamed.

To request an invitation letter to the conference, please submit a request through our contact form.

Cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refund will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing. Contact us at [email protected] for further details.

  • Cancellation received on or before March 2, 2025 – 100% refund of the total fee paid.
  • Cancellation received between March 3, 2026, and April 20, 2026 – 50% refund of the total fee paid.
  • No refunds will be issued on or after April 21, 2026.

Forms of payment

  • Pay with credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payments made through one of the above forms of payment will be processed in US dollars.

A substitution between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address may be made by providing WSO2 with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee. To arrange a substitution, please email full details to [email protected]. The new attendee will automatically be emailed a final confirmation once the process has been completed.
