Organization Insights¶
Note
The feature is in the Beta stage. We are working on adding more capabilities for this feature.
Asgardeo allows administrators and organization owners to view insights of the organizations they manage.
To check insights of your organization:
-
On the Asgardeo Console, go to Insights.
-
Select one of the following activities to see insights related to it.
- Login - displays insights related to successful and failed user logins made to business applications and the My Account portal.
- Registration - displays insights related to user registrations via self sign-up and admin-initiated registration methods.
-
Use the dropdown in the top right corner to adjust the duration.
Note
Asgardeo provides insights for up to a maximum of 30 days.
The example below shows insights related to login events of the organization for the past 7 days.
Note
The statistics displayed in the graphs are not real-time.
Why? There is a latency of up to 20 minutes between the user activity and insights. This delay ensures accurate data processing and allows for a more comprehensive analysis of user logins and login trends.
