HubSpot CRM Commerce Orders

HubSpot CRM Commerce Orders is part of HubSpot's CRM platform, enabling management of order objects used in commerce workflows. The Ballerina ballerinax/hubspot.crm.commerce.orders connector (v2.0.0) provides programmatic access to the HubSpot Orders API, allowing you to create, read, update, archive, batch-process, and search order records within your Ballerina integration flows.

Key features

  • Full CRUD operations on HubSpot order objects: create, read, update, and archive
  • Batch operations for creating, reading, updating, upserting, and archiving orders in bulk
  • Search orders using filters, query text, sorting, and property selection
  • Association support for linking orders to other HubSpot CRM objects (e.g., contacts)
  • Property history retrieval for tracking changes to order fields over time
  • OAuth 2.0 and private app (API key) authentication support

Actions

Actions are operations you invoke on HubSpot from your integration: creating orders, reading order details, performing batch operations, and searching. The connector exposes all actions through a single client:
