IT governance focuses on direction and control of operations, by granting people’s rights and responsibilities over processes, while conforming to a series of policies. Governance is an essential part of achieving a connected business; however, most enterprises have not reaped all its benefits. Complexity of requirements, diversity of tools, and implementation costs are examples of several roadblocks faced by enterprises. This talk explains WSO2’s take on governance and how customers can benefit by having the right tools to address these challenges in building a connected business.
