Rubén started as a Senior Software Developer in 2006 and was quickly promoted to Lead Developer, Team Leader, and Scrum Master prior to his current role. Rubén is also head of the new delivery center that Belatrix opened in 2014 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He strives to promote Belatrix´s unique innovation focused culture at this new office as well as achieve growth expectations in Buenos Aires.

Enzo Cappa is a certified WSO2 Developer at Belatrix. He has over seven years of experience as a developer working on the whole stack of components of client-server applications. His areas of specialization include architecture and development using Java and JavaScript technologies, and server configuration and optimization under Linux environments.

Mifan is Director of Solutions Architecture at WSO2. Prior to joining WSO2, he co-founded Respere in 2007 a technology startup specializing in humanitarian ICT solutions. He was also lead architect for many global projects, including the national initiative to build a cloud-based SOA platform for local government bodies in Sri Lanka. In addition, he was a founding member and board director of the Sahana Project.
