You can register through our WSO2Con event page - https://wso2.com/wso2con/registration/.

There are two ticket options available:

  • Conference Only: Includes 3-day conference access (July 29–31), meals during conference hours, networking sessions, and entry to the conference party.
  • Conference + Accommodation: Includes everything in the Conference Only package, plus 4 nights' accommodation at the conference venue (July 28–August 1).
  • Full details are available on the registration page.

No. WSO2Con Asia 2025 will be an in-person event only and will not be live streamed.

Most nationalities can obtain a Sri Lankan visa on arrival or via an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) prior to arrival. You can apply for the ETA through the official website: https://eta.gov.lk/slvisa/ For detailed information regarding visa requirements, including special procedures for nationalities not eligible for ETA or visa on arrival, please refer to our guide here. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us via [email protected].

Email the following details to [email protected].

  • Full name (as it appears on your passport).
  • Name of the company/organization.
  • Passport number.
  • Nationality.

  • On or before June 5, 2025: Full refund.
  • Between June 6–July 15, 2025: 50% refund.
  • After July 15, 2025: No refunds.
  • Requests must be emailed to [email protected] (no phone cancellations accepted).

  • You can complete the registration process by making the payment online on our registration page. If you need any assistance during the process, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments will be processed in Sri Lankan Rupees.

  • Yes. Substitutions within the same company are allowed.
  • Email the name of the original attendee and the substitute’s details to [email protected]. A confirmation will be sent once the update is processed.
