Boosting Business Performance with WSO2 ESB and WSO2 BAM

The webinar will explore how organizations can effectively gain business process insight, situational awareness, and service-oriented architecture (SOA) visibility using WSO2 ESB and WSO2 BAM. It also will examine monitoring best practices for handling massive volumes of data, leveraging analytics information, and boosting business performance. Additionally, the session will present a student registration flow use case that highlights how a university monitored its processes for multiple systems from start to end using WSO2 BAM.

Session topics will include, how to:

  • Use the WSO2 BAM Mediator for WSO2 ESB.
  • Create WSO2 BAM profiles.
  • Gather data using an Apache Hive script.
  • Build a custom report with the WSO2 Jaggery JavaScript server-side scripting engine.
  • Combine WSO2 BAM tracing data with custom reports.

Webinar Presenters

Sinthuja Ragendran is a software engineer on the WSO2 data technologies team, who focuses on the development of WSO2 BAM. She is a Sun Certified Java Programmer. Sinthuja also has completed professional examinations from the British Computer Society (BCS): The Chartered Institute for IT, which covers the essential qualifications required for success in computing and IT.

Daniel Palstra is a senior consultant at Yenlo, the Dutch-based software development and consulting company focused on middleware and business process management. He focuses on building enterprise integration layers based on WSO2 products. Daniel brings over six years of IT experience, working for systems integrators with global exposure and presenting numerous international workshops. Additionally, Daniel is a committer on the Apache Stratos (incubating) PaaS framework project.
