Our support offering is designed to help customers during the development phases of their SOA projects. Customers can use our online support system to interact with our expert engineering team and help them with their projects.
WSO2's support engineers are the very same engineers who develop the open source projects that comprise our products – thus customers are effectively getting direct access to the “masters” of the software they are using.
Services offered as part of support packages include:
- Assisting customers with answering questions on any of our products and technologies with a guaranteed response time.
- Assisting with product tuning for performance, security and other needs
- Developing proof-of-concept implementations
- Help customize our products and technologies
- Development of custom product features
Support packages vary from 1 month to 1 year, and are based on how long the contract is valid along with the amount of time committed to provide support.
We also provide longer term development services for customers who require larger scale customization efforts.
Development work is charged on an hourly basis. We offer discounts based on the period of development and also on whether the work is to be contributed back to the open source project(s) to enhance one of our open source projects inline with the project road map.
