Validity
This certification is valid for two years from the date it is awarded.
Target audience
This certification is for solutions architects with thorough knowledge of WSO2 products and architectures.
Prerequisites
Candidates must hold Developer certifications in two different WSO2 products, each for the latest product version, before registering for this exam.
Competencies
A WSO2 Certified Solutions Architect Associate can:
- Design customer solutions using WSO2 API Manager, WSO2 Integrator, and WSO2 Identity Server.
- Define business, solutions, and deployment architectures for given business requirements.
- Apply enterprise architecture principles and WSO2 reference architectures.
- Plan capacity and infrastructure for WSO2 deployments.
- Apply DevOps practices to deploy and manage WSO2 products.
Exam content
Candidates should have a working knowledge of the following areas:
- WSO2 API Manager 4.x, WSO2 Integrator: Micro Integrator 4.x, and WSO2 Identity Server 7.x
- Capacity, infrastructure, and DevOps
- Enterprise architecture, WSO2 architecture, business architecture, solutions architecture, and deployment architecture
An introductory-level understanding of other WSO2 technologies such as Choreo, Asgardeo, Bijira, and Devant is also recommended.
