Your conference ticket includes comprehensive access to the following.

• Accommodation at the conference venue, depending on your registration type:
  • Full conference ticket including Tutorial Day: 3 nights accommodation (check-in May 6th and check-out May 9th)
  • Conference only ticket: 2 nights accommodation (check-in May 7th and check-out May 9th)
• Admission to the conference party on May 8th
• Entrance to all keynote presentations and track sessions
• Access to the Oxygen Bar
• Meals will be provided during the conference

If you have filled out and submitted the registration form, and have not received a confirmation email for your WSO2Con registration within 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Please verify that your email address is entered correctly on the registration form. Don’t forget to check your spam folder prior to reaching out to us.

WSO2Con 2024 will not be live streamed.

To request an invitation letter to the conference, please submit a request through our contact form.

Cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refund will not be accepted by telephone and must be submitted in writing. Contact us at [email protected] for further details.

Cancellation received before February 29, 2024 – 100% refund of the total fee paid. Cancellation received between March 1, 2024, and March 31, 2024 – 50% refund of the total fee paid.

Refunds will not be issued after March 31, 2024, but substitutions will be considered.

Forms of payment

• Pay with credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Payments made through one of the above forms of payment will be processed in US dollars.

A substitution between attendees from the same company and at the same invoice address may be made by providing WSO2 with written notice of the name of the original attendee and full details of the substitute attendee. To arrange a substitution, please email full details to [email protected]. The new attendee will automatically be emailed a final confirmation once the process has been completed.
