Adeepa Fernando

Adeepa is a Software Engineer based in our office in Colombo.

Before he joined WSO2, Adeepa worked as a Research Assistant at Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore. He was responsible for Exploratory Data Analysis, Short-Term Chiller Energy Consumption Prediction Based on Heterogeneous Graph Convolutional Network for Commercial HVAC Systems, and research paper publication.

Adeepa has a BSc Eng Hons degree in Computer Engineering from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. In his final-year project, he worked on Transfer Learning of Regression and Multi-Class Classification from Synthetic DeepFake Electrocardiogram Signal Using Transformer Encoder Based 1D Convolutional Neural Network Deep Learning Model.

Adeepa enjoys boxing, playing basketball, watching movies, and eating healthy.
