Brayan Benett is a Technical Lead working on Cloud Security and based at our office in Sri Lanka.

Before he joined WSO2, Brayan worked as an Information Security Engineer at IFS. He was responsible for maintaining the overall security posture of the company, ensuring all security incidents were correctly triaged and responded to promptly, and educating the employees on Information Security.

Brayan has a bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). He holds the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification awarded by the EC-Council, Security+ certification awarded by the CompTIA, and many more information security and cloud certifications.

Brayan enjoys solo hiking, cricket, listening to Yuvan Shankar Raja’s Music, admiring Messi and football, and most importantly advocating Information Security during his spare time.
