Brett Michaels

Brett Michaels is Vice President of Sales and General Manager, North America at WSO2. He brings more than three decades of enterprise and public sector software leadership spanning cloud, API management, and data infrastructure.

Before joining WSO2, Brett served as Vice President of Sales for the Americas at Flexera (following its acquisition of Snow Software), where he led the organization to record New Logo and ARR growth. Prior to that, he was Head of Sales for Apigee at Google Cloud, helping global enterprises modernize and accelerate digital transformation through API-led strategies.

Brett also built and led high-performing public sector sales teams at Riverbed, RSA, Zscaler, and AMD. Throughout his career, he has consistently developed top-performing teams and driven transformational go-to-market execution, enabling organizations to evolve with open-source, API-first, and AI-driven technologies.
