Charuka Thathsarani
Director - People Operations
Charuka is a Director - People Operations based in our office in Colombo. She will be focusing on training and development.
Prior to joining WSO2, Charuka worked at Cinnamon Grand Colombo as an Assistant Manager Human Resources. She was responsible for performance management, insurance, HR strategy and new initiatives, succession planning, and talent management.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
She enjoys reading, loves yoga and local martial arts.
